Constructive Bio has been shortlisted for the One Nucleus Awards 2026 in the best use of emerging technology category.
The shortlist recognises Constructive Bio's whole-genome synthesis platform combined with engineered translation machinery, which enables cells to incorporate non-canonical amino acids at industrial scale. The technology opens new possibilities for peptide therapeutics, advanced materials, and biologics with properties beyond what natural evolution can produce.
Constructive Bio is shortlisted alongside Ignota Labs, which is repurposing small molecules, and Nuclera, which is producing next-generation equipment for protein expression screening.
The winners will be announced at the One Nucleus Awards ceremony on 19 March 2026.
