Constructive Bio and Matterworks are presenting work on integrating metabolomic and lipidomic analysis with genome engineering workflows. Using Matterworks' Pyxis AI, the collaboration identifies metabolic imbalances in engineered strains, generates targeted hypotheses, and iterates toward more productive organisms suited for non-canonical amino acid production.
